Hank gathers was an American basketball star at Loyola Marymount University.
He led the nation in points and rebounding in the same season, this was a great accomplishment because he was the 2nd to do this in the history of college basketball.
After he dunked it off an alley oop against Portland State he collapsed from a heart attack, and did not get back up.
I don't like writing very much, but I'm going to try and put myself out there and learn to love it.
I named my second son Bo.
ReplyDeleteAnd as great as Bo Jackson was, part of the reason was Bo Kimble (Hank's teammate). When he shot a free-throw left-handed to honor his dead friend...
whoa.
